Tooling Cost Structure
Tooling and mould development costs are borne by the buyer and are confirmed in writing before production commences. Custom mould tooling is non-refundable once production has started.

Commercial production pricing on custom specifications is aligned to the committed order volume confirmed at specification approval. Minimum volume thresholds apply for custom production runs.
Custom Development Lead Time
30 to 45 days from specification approval to first production run dispatch. Subsequent repeat orders on approved custom specifications follow the standard 14 to 21 day lead time.
Repeat Order Reliability
Once custom tooling is in production, repeat orders are treated as standard product orders — with the same count accuracy, hygienic packing, and documentation as all Foliware supply.
